Warranty Coverage

All The Jungle pieces are protected against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. A lifetime color/plating warranty is applicable exclusively to stainless steel pieces. Materials such as brass, 925 silver, and others are not included under this warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and color/plating issues but does not include damage caused by:

Excessive wear and tear

Neglect or improper care

During the warranty period, if a defect is identified and determined by The Jungle to be a manufacturing fault, you may follow the return instructions provided below.

The Jungle, at its discretion and as permitted by law, may:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

Replace the product with a new item equivalent to the original.

Refund all or part of the purchase price of the product.

The Jungle will not be obligated to repair, replace, or refund unless the defective product is returned. Replacement products will not carry over the original product's warranty. If a refund is issued, the returned product becomes the property of The Jungle.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to items manufactured by The Jungle. It does not cover damage caused by:

Accidents

Misuse or abuse

Improper application

Use of non-The Jungle products

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as these can affect the appearance and durability of the product. Harmful conditions include but are not limited to:

Liquid silver polish

Chlorinated pools

Hot tubs

Saltwater or spa exposure

Additionally, avoid wearing your jewelry while sleeping. For more details, please refer to the cleaning and care instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may be considered improper use, misuse, or mishandling of the product.
