Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched directly from our Karachi warehouse, located in DHA.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Delivery – Trax/Rider

Karachi: 1-3 working days

Outside Karachi: 2-5 working days

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided address due to customer-related issues (incorrect or missing shipping address, absence of recipient, etc.), or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (The Jungle) at the customer's expense. This includes shipping costs as well as any duties or taxes incurred, and the total amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note, we are unable to refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For your protection, we recommend having orders shipped to a secure address.
